The Food & Fitness Initiative was funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and coordinated by the Center for Managing Chronic Disease at the University of Michigan to support community partnerships throughout the nation in their efforts to increase equitable access to local, healthy food and safe places for physical activity. This webinar will describe various components of the 9-year initiative including lessons learned from developing partnerships and creating sustainability. The webinar is free and open to the public. CE credits are available. It will also be recorded and available at a later date, for a fee.
