Research Interests & Projects
My research focuses on developing statistical methods to investigate the genetic basis of human complex disease. The projects I am currently working on are:
- Modeling misclassified phenotype in electronic health records by examining genotype information
- Identifying genetic relatives without compromising privacy
- Whole genome sequencing analysis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
