Critical thinking (CT) skills are highly valued both inside and outside of the classroom, but teaching CT is challenging. How successful are we? And how do we move from talking about critical thinking to doing it in the classroom? In this workshop, we will deconstruct the process of critical thinking to develop a working definition of it, and we will discuss strategies for teaching and fostering critical thinking skills both inside and outside the classroom. Both faculty and staff are encouraged to attend. This workshop is eligible for 1 CPE credit.
