Advanced Social Media Training: Twitter, Google Scholar, and Altmetric
University of Michigan School of Public Health
2750 SPH I, 1415 Washington Heights Ann Arbor, MI 48109-2029

Are you interested in learning more about leveraging social media for professional and personal use in an academic space?

The Marketing and Communications team is offering several social training sessions this fall. While the content of these sessions is targeted to faculty, staff and students are welcome to register as well.

Social Media 101 is intended for faculty members who have minimal or no experience with social media and would like an overview of the basics - building a presence, maintaining a profile, and interacting on social media. Advanced Social Media Training is for faculty who are familiar with professional social media usage, but would like to expand their knowledge and skills relating to research, promotion, and scholarship. You are welcome to both sessions.
