As a part of the UM wide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategic planning. University of Michigan Organizational Learning Office has launched “Inclusion Insights” By Dr. Steve Robbins. The series consists of twenty-five (25) videos each approximately three (3) minutes in length. Each video comes with a corresponding conversation card that includes insightful questions and suggestions for action that encourage discussion and best practices. Come join the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager to learn best practices on incorporating the learning series into your staff meeting, classroom or student organization.
