Cachet R. Colvard is the Director of Population Health at Oak Street Health in New Orleans, Louisiana. In this role, Cachet designs and implements innovative patient-focused programs to improve patient outcomes and quality of care, striving to redesign healthcare as it should be. Before this, Cachet served as a Department Administrator in Clinical Operations at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Cachet has held board positions with the Midwest Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Currently, she serves in a board position with the National Association of Health Services Executives as an at-large board member and the Young Professionals Representative. She also is the Co-Founder of OWDOT, Ordinary Women Doing Ordinary Things, which focuses on empowering women to be exceptional leaders individually, professionally, and within the community.

In 2018, she completed an Administrative Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic after graduating from the University of Michigan with a Master of Health Services Administration degree. In addition to completing an MHSA, Cachet has also received a Master of Business Administration degree.

As an emerging leader in healthcare, Cachet wants to build a community rooted in equity, respect, and integrity. Ultimately, she wants to help create a broader platform for women and minorities in healthcare to achieve success and leadership within their organizations.
