Providence Health, Northern California is excited to announce its Regional Administrative Fellowship program is currently accepting applications on NAFCAS for the 2023 recruitment cycle. We are seeking talented and driven masters-level individuals who are passionate about healthcare operations and management. Located in Santa Rosa, California, this 1 year-long experience will provide exposure to various areas within the health system marked by six rotations in operations, strategy, finance, human resources, clinical, and medical group. The Fellow will be supported by senior executive leaders in the organization and will have the opportunity to work on various projects in 6 hospitals in the Northern California region, covering areas of Sonoma, Napa, and Humboldt counties.
