Lindsay has been a Registered Dietitian since 2013. Her primary focus has been in college and university food service. She specializes in maintaining ingredient and recipe databases that can be used to create tools that inform diners with food allergies and other dietary restrictions. She has experience counseling individuals with allergies and food sensitivities who need help planning meals and choosing appropriate options. Lindsay received her Masters of Public Health, Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Michigan. She has a B.S. in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University.
