Are you ready for Spring yet?
Join us for a casual, yet intentional stroll through the Arb while we explore new growth and the possibility of change. Join Dr. Joseph Rizzo and a member of the Arb Staff as we explore the seasonal changes occurring in our local ecosystem.
We will engage in mindfulness activity meant to deepen our connection between the seasonal shifts and our internal experience.
