Session Summary: Join us for a sound bath at the School of Public Health! Light dinner provided. RSVP today! There is a growing movement calling for the use of Arts interventions in Public Health. In this event led by MPH candidate Christian Patterson, MT-BC – from the Health Behavior and Health Equity Department – we will engage in the restorative practice of sound bathing. With the support of the SPH Joy Collective, participants are encouraged to share a meal, set intentions, and rest together as an SPH Community. Our space will be set up for active and receptive participation. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. We will have a few available for people to use if they would like. Space is limited.
