Summary
Dr Monto is involved in international work to prevent and control influenza with vaccines and antivirals. He is active in research to evaluate transmission of respiratory viruses and the burden of influenza in low income countries. He is also director of the School’s Israel Initiative which is broadly involved in education and research in diverse populations there.
