As a global health scholar, Elizabeth J. King studies women\'s health, gender-equitable access to prevention and health care services, the policies of public health responses, and disparities in engagement in HIV care and treatment. The majority of her research focuses on Russia, but she has also conducted work in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
