Anonymous Comment Form

This form allows you to send feedback directly to the Dean of the School of Public Health. Depending on the content of your message, the information may need to be shared with other central UM entities (i.e., Office of Institutional Equity, Department of Public Safety) as required by UM policy or law and/or with select members of the SPH dean's leadership team as needed for follow-up. You can submit feedback anonymously or with your contact information if you would like an update regarding how the suggestion is handled. If you submit anonymously, keep in mind that we will have no way of providing you with an update about handling.
