Christine La Jeunesse

Christine M. La Jeunesse serves as the Administrative Director for the Congenital Heart Center at University of Michigan Health  C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital. Responsibilities in this role include strategy, operations, human resources, finance, communications, process improvement, program and business development, outreach, and fundraising elements of the Congenital Heart Center across its clinical, research and education missions. Prior to her current role, Christine served in multiple roles within Michigan Medicine focused on finance, strategy and operations, including launching a system-wide performance improvement initiative and establishment of a Program Management Office (PMO).

Christine is a lecturer in the School of Public Health’s Health Management and Policy Department. Since 2019, she has co-taught HMP682, Integrated Learning Experience in Health Management and Policy, a capstone course for second-year residential Master of Public Health and Master of Health Services Administration students.
