Health Systems
Health systems are organizations that deliver health care services to meet the health needs of populations. Health systems will include the University of Michigan Health System and Henry Ford Health System. Students placed in these organizations will work in the Community Health Divisions that work in community outreach for vulnerable populations.

Description
Past Field Experience Projects
Students learned and shadowed people on pool, restaurant, and tattoo inspections, as well as mosquito trapping and water sample collecting. Additionally, students worked on projects by reviewing the housing sanitation ordinances of Washtenaw County, contacting township officials about these ordinances, and developing a spreadsheet and map details about the types of housing sanitation resources available.
