FACULTY REGISTRATION FORM

Doctoral Hooding

If you are a dissertation advisor for a doctoral student who will be graduating, we need you to participate in the hooding of your candidate. Your attendance is vitally important. Our on-stage doctoral hooding is an annual tradition and is a beautiful part of the ceremony.

For the benefit of your students, we will hold a hooding rehearsal the day of graduation at 11:00am. We want to practice these steps to ensure the hooding is completed with grace and precision.

Our event photographer will roam briefly through the faculty robing room during robing. If there are special photos you'd like to take with other faculty, the dean, or the speaker, please speak up!
