Lisha Lin

linBio: I am interested in studying the interactions between genomics, epigenomics, and health risk factors (social, psychosocial, neighborhood structure, etc.) so that the long-existing health inequities can be addressed in the long term. My current work mainly focuses on epigenome-wide association studies using large longitudinal cohorts such as the Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis (MESA) and the Genetic Epidemiology Network of Arteriopathy (GENOA) to study the association between environment, behavior, psychosocial factors, and DNA methylation level across time.
