David Fuller Jr., MHSA is a Michigan native from Detroit, Michigan. David is an Administrative Fellow at Henry Ford Health working within Delivery System Operations. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. David also obtained his Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Throughout his undergraduate studies, David pursued career opportunities in public health, healthcare administration, and health equity research. Some of those opportunities include but are not limited to, participating in the University of Michigan Summer of Enrichment Program in Health Management and Policy, becoming an Administrative Intern in the Women's Health Services Department, independent contracting with the Community Health Equity and Wellness Department at Henry Ford Health, and an intern and consultant focused on improving the Women-Inspired Neighborhood (WIN) Network: Detroit's Enhanced Group Prenatal Care Program.
