Day 1: The Bite-Sized Variety Show will feature 5-minute performances including spoken word, poetry, a student-made cooking film, and more! Refreshments will be served in the UMMA cafe before the performances.
Day 2: The Food Justice Panel will explore the intersection of food and art in social change, featuring UM students and faculty. Lunch is provided.
Day 3: In the culminating event of the summit, 9 student-led "Learnshops" will be held in three blocks throughout the afternoon. Topics include pickling tutorials, music creation, discussions on building a campus culture of sustainability, and developing an archive of food-related social justice movements at UM. Lunch and snacks are provided throughout.
