This workshop will encourage dialogue with peers about the impact of burnout on leadership, performance, and one’s sense of well-being. Participants will come away from this workshop with at least three strategies to build well-being as a leader, and to define balance for themselves. We will consider how social identities impact stress, stress responses, and help-seeking tendencies, and also discuss participants’ perspectives of failure and success as leaders.
