SNIPPER

Snipper v1.2 (released 09/30/2011) is a program to quickly look up information on genes near SNPs of interest from public databases.

Python version 2.6 or higher (but less than 3.0!) is required to run Snipper.  The installer can be found at python.org. Do not download version 3.x; this is a new and separate branch of Python that is not compatible with the 2.x versions.
