Spotter

Spotter v0.5 (released 04/12/2010) is a program to identify a region of interest using LD and recombination near an associated variant.

Python version 2.5 or higher (but less than 3.0!) is required to run Spotter. The installer can be found at python.org. Do not download version 3.x; this is a new and separate branch of Python that is not compatible with the 2.x versions.
