I am interested in survival analysis, missing data issues, and modeling with latent variables. I am currently working on issues of missing or misclassified phenotype data in electronic health records research.

I am interested in leveraging high-dimentional environmental and biological data to characterize risk factors for maternal and child health outcomes. Specifically, I focus on analyzing complex mixtures of environmental toxicants in association with endogenous biomarkers in order to predict adverse birth outcomes and estimate risk profiles.
