Open to all School of Public Health students!

Join us to learn how to advocate and effectively work with your local government. Join Justin Hodge, Washtenaw County Commissioner, District 5, and Shanay Watson-Whittaker, Deputy Campaign Manager for Reproductive Freedom For All, for both a discussion on their respective roles as well as an interactive skill-building workshop. Students will leave with new tools and knowledge to be practical advocates within their local communities.

Turn Up Turnout will be present throughout the session for those needing to register to vote. Turn Up Turnout will also be in the SPH I Lobby October 11 -13 from 11:45 am - 1:15 pm.

This session is part of the Leadership Development Series hosted by Public Health Practice and Student Life.
