This is called emotional intelligence. This workshop provides an overview of emotional intelligence and its four components: Self Awareness, Self Management, Social Awareness and Relationship Management. Attendees will gain tools to help them identify their inner voice and understand when they are being emotionally hijacked and what to do about it. This session is for people who are looking to understand and control their emotions in order to improve their leadership skills and relationship with others.
