Research Interests & Projects
My research interests are broadly in how health is shaped and impacted by social and
political determinants, such as working conditions, immigration policy, and health
insurance policy. I am interested in learning how these factors work to undermine
or improve the health of women and their families, particularly Latine populations,
throughout the lifecourse and during the perinatal and postpartum periods.
