Inclusion is a team effort. This workshop builds upon part 1 and delves deeper into defining and understanding experiences specific to Trans and Gender non-conforming Black, Latinx and Asian communities. Through continued knowledge building and scenarios, participants will build and implement active practices related to misgendering, advocacy and support and calling in community on inclusion of gender identity. Outcomes: - Understands trends and challenges experienced by Transgender people of color - Learn how to interrupt sexual and gender biases that may occur in community spaces and provide support - Gain strategies for receiving and providing inclusion based feedback to support self and communal growth
