The Michigan Health Equity Challenge is an opportunity for graduate students at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor to partner with a community-based organization to develop new and innovative programs to address health equity challenges in Southeast Michigan. This session will be a joint presentation from Cathy Killaly of the Griffith Leadership Center and Terrisca Des Jardins of Molina Healthcare of Michigan – the leaders in the creation of this program. They will discuss the inception of the Challenge, the success from the first year, and highlight the work of the winners of the Challenge.
