Open to School of Public Health Community Come join our lunch conversation with The Spectrum Center. In the one hour foundational curriculum we work with participants to increase their: Awareness of terminology related to LGBTQ identities. Ability to articulate the difference between sex assigned at birth, gender identity, gender expression, and attractionality. Familiarity with various identity terms outside the gender binary. Critical thinking about the construction and expectations of gender identity and gender expression. Awareness of practical strategies for working to create an inclusive space for LGBTQ+ folks.
