The HBHE MHealthy Champions have organized an outdoor walking group that is open to all SPH staff and faculty. Every Tuesday at noon through the Spring and Summer, we will meet in the lobby of SPH I and take a walk (usually through the Arboretum). We will walk for approximately 30 minutes, but people are welcome to turn back around whenever they want or need to. This is a walk-at-your-own-pace event and meant to be a fun way to get some fresh air, exercise and socialize with your colleagues from different departments. We hope to see you there!
