How can instructors deliberately cultivate learning environments where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning? This interactive session will provide structured opportunities for instructors to: Reflect on your own goals and practices related to inclusion and equity in your teaching Engage with some key research-based inclusive teaching principles to consider how they might apply to your teaching context Exchange ideas with colleagues in many disciplines about teaching practices in order to support the deliberate cultivation of inclusive learning environments at UM.
