In this workshop, participants will explore how stereotypes and assumptions based on social identities and culture influence conversations and communication. Participants will deepen understanding of how individual communication styles, as well as social identities and cultural norms, can lead to a beneficial or hindering workplace. Participants will spend time understanding unique communication styles and practice engaging in dialogues across ‘difference.’
