Please join the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program along with the Organizational Learning for the workshop "One Workplace, Many Cultures: Communication Across Identities." In this workshop, participants will explore how stereotypes and assumptions based on social identities and culture influence conversations and communication. Participants will deepen understanding of how individual communication styles, as well as social identities and cultural norms, can lead to a beneficial or hindering workplace. Participants will spend time understanding unique communication styles and practice engaging in dialogues across ‘difference.’

This workshop is sponsored by the School of Public Health Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program and counts toward 2 DEI Continuing Professional Education credits.
