The National Center for Institutional Diversity (NCID) and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) are pleased to announce that Dr. Patricia Gurin — the Nancy Cantor Distinguished University Professor Emerita of Psychology and Women’s Studies — was selected as the 2019 recipient of the James S. Jackson Distinguished Career Award for Diversity Scholarship. Dr. Gurin will be delivering the 2019 James S. Jackson lecture, titled Collectivity, Community, and Connections in the Pursuit of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
