Science demonstrates an incredible connection between purposeful living, quality of life and longevity.

In this session, Dr. Strecher will reveal the elements necessary for a purposeful life and how to acquire them. He will introduce a strategy to improve your energy, willpower, long-term happiness and well-being—all things that will help you to live life on purpose.

Socrates said that an unexamined life isn’t worth living. Aristotle went further to say that a purposeless life isn’t even worth examining. From ancient philosophy to the latest genomic and neuroscience research, Dr. Vic Strecher reconsiders directions taken in health and medicine. This presentation also includes ways to find purpose and to live more purposefully for improved health, well-being, resilience, and human performance.
