You are invited to join the workshop Understanding Workplace Civility and Organizational Culture. In this introductory workshop, participants will become aware of the workplace framework's civility, analyze examples of incivility between and among employees, formulate strategies using case studies, and identify action steps for minimizing civility in the workplace.
The 90-minute workshops will count towards Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion(DEI) continuing professional education as the lessons learned will positively contribute to the overall environment.
