Feeling some type of way about searching for jobs, internships, or fellowships this upcoming fall? Ready to transition from summer to fall mode with up to date application materials? Join the SPH Careers Office as we review how to prepare yourself for fall career fairs, job opportunities, and internship postings. We will review resume and cover letter tips, in addition to tactics to launch your opportunity search. We will review different spaces to find opportunities and help you make a plan to send in applications for whatever opportunity is best for you. This will be a great opportunity to update your resume with your summer experiences, tips for updating your LinkedIn, and more.

You should attend this workshop if you are:

  • An undergraduate or graduate SPH student
  • Seeking to apply to opportunities this fall - Interested in updating your application materials with recent experiences
  • Want a deeper understanding of the SPH career resources available to you, as well as UM career resources

What you’ll gain by attending:

  • Steps to have updated materials for the fall application cycle
  • An understanding of various career resources, specific to the SPH community and the UM community -
  • Solidify next steps for your opportunity search

The link will be sent to you 24 hours prior. If you’re interested in attending but cannot make it, please sign up and we will send you the recording and slides. The SPH Careers Office aims to deliver inclusive and accessible experiences and welcomes all SPH students to participate. This event will be hosted on Zoom (learn more about Zoom accessibility) and can be accessed by phone or computer.
