We are here to help conquer the cover letter and resume building anxiety. This session will review how to write effective cover letters and resumes. We will review the technical aspects and share templates to guide you through. In addition, we will review how to tailor your materials for specific opportunities. Built into this workshop will be time to consider your own writing style, find a template or strategy that you connect to, and time to construct next steps for your materials.
You should attend this workshop if you are:
- An undergraduate or graduate SPH student
- Seeking to apply to opportunities for the spring
- Looking to update your resume and cover letter
What you’ll gain by attending:
- An understanding of the technical basics of resume and cover letter writing
- An overview of different templates and options you have for writing your materials
