The School of Public Health Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team (SPH DEI) has partnered with the Program Evaluation Group (PEG) on the strategic plan for DEI 2.0. Last December, PEG completed three focus groups with SPH staff and faculty. During these sessions we received wonderful input and feedback and we would like to offer an additional opportunity for you to share your thoughts on what you would like to see regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion at SPH as we continue to plan for DEI 2.0. We are offering additional focus groups in February.
The focus groups will not only provide you an opportunity to share your ideas about DEI 2.0, but will also be a time to offer additional insight on the issues and challenges you are facing at the SPH that impact your experience at the school and in your positions. In order to highlight the specific concerns and experiences of faculty and staff, we will offer separate sessions for the two groups.
