The Griffith Leadership Center (GLC) is located at the University of Michigan School of Public Health and is housed within the Department of Health Management and Policy (HMP).  The GLC promotes and supports excellence in health management and policy leaders by strengthening the connections among research, teaching and practice and creating opportunities for leadership development. In addition, the GLC supports initiatives to promote and support translational research that addresses critical health and health policy issues to improve health management and policy decision making.

The GLC is achieving its mission through the shared energy, intelligence, and enthusiasm of its Advisory Board, whose members are recognized health management and policy leaders. The work of the GLC directly enhances the University of Michigan Health Management and Policy Department's research and teaching programs, as well as the careers of its alumni and colleagues.
