Vaughn Williams

Vaughn A. Williams, MHSA, is a Managing Partner with Corae Managing Partners. Previously he served as an Administrator with CommonSpirit Health and prior to that, the Chief Operating Officer for Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health and integrated outpatient services serving the Southeast DC Market. This was a transformational partnership between Universal Health Services (UHS), Washington DC government leaders, The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and Children’s National Hospital. 

Prior to Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health, Vaughn was an Associate Administrator at Henderson Hospital and Summerlin Hospital with UHS serving on the hospitals’ executive team and overseeing numerous departments, services and projects. Before UHS, Vaughn was a Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives at Sutter Health, where he oversaw various teams responsible for clinical, ancillary and support departments supporting Sutter’s Valley Area. Vaughn started his career at Sutter Health as an Administrative Fellow and Administrator of Support Services in the East Bay Region. Prior to Sutter Health, Vaughn has had the opportunity to work as a project manager, data analyst and administrative intern in various health systems and organizations such as Trinity Health, Main Line Health, Michigan Medicine, Mount Sinai Health System and The Barger Leadership Institute.

A native of Brooklyn, NY, Vaughn holds a Bachelors’ degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters Degree in Health Services Administration (MHSA) from the University of Michigan. Vaughn is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He is engaged in several professional organizations including the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Vaughn has received numerous accolades for his achievements including the POSSE Leadership Scholarship, California Association of Healthcare Leaders (CAHL) Young Healthcare Executive of the Year and a 2024 Black Health Connect 40 under 40 honoree.
