My research focuses on the development and application of nonparametric and semiparametric methods for survival analysis, with an emphasis on approaches for analyzing correlated time-to-event outcomes. I am particularly interested in advanced statistical techniques for handling complex data structures and in Bayesian methods. As a collaborator on the CAPTURE study, a large cluster randomized clinical trial, I conduct statistical analyses to identify undiagnosed chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and assess exacerbation risk in primary care populations. I also have a growing interest in statistical methods for infectious disease research. Overall, my work bridges methodological innovation with impactful clinical and epidemiological applications.
