Research Interests & Projects

My research interests are in the development and application of methods in statistical genetics, particularly in single-cell genomics. Projects I have worked on include analyzing sex and cardiometabolic trait differences in human subcutaneous adipose cell-type composition and gene expression, as well as sex differences in microRNA expression in human skeletal muscle.
