Business Meetings

The NCBON Membership includes regular and affiliate members (see Operating Procedures) who meet face to face at its Annual NCBON Business Meeting, during the Annual APHA meeting each year.

Monthly meetings are held by conference call to bring the organization’s members together to discuss ongoing activities and strategize ways to broaden the work by identifying and connecting CBOs and affiliates to this network. The monthly meetings are scheduled for the 4th Tuesday of each month at 2:00 pm (Eastern) and are open to NCBON members only.

To ensure the inclusion of all interested communities, NCBON uses several modes of communication (e.g. regular mail, phone conferencing, and email) to engage its leadership in monthly planning sessions, aimed at its growth and sustainability as well as keeping the full membership informed and engaged.
