Research Interests & Projects
Working in the field of health data science, I am passionate in utilizing data integration and machine learning tools to improve the precision and efficiency of disease risk prediction. As my PhD thesis, I am developing efficient statistical tools to incorporate external information from big health science data into internal studies. I also enjoy my collaboration with the pulmonary researchers in the Medical School, particularly in helping them discover the progression pattern of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
