Research Interests & Projects
I analyze single nuclei RNA-seq and ATAC-seq data from the Finland United States Investigation
of NIDDM Genetics (FUSION) study. My main goal is to identify cell types and regulatory
elements that influence Type 2 diabetes-related traits and sex in skeletal muscle
tissue.
