HMP Leadership Fellows

The Department of Health Management and Policy at the U-M School of Public Health has named the inaugural cohort of HMP Leadership Fellows. HMP students Kanwal Ali, Rachel Barnes, Rachel Dahlen, Kahlie Dufresne, David Ence, Katherine Liu, Kisha McPherson, and Thomas Riley were selected for this innovative and intensive new program through a competitive process based on their leadership experience and promise.

Fellows will participate in a series of courses led by Gail L. Warden, professor of health management and policy, president emeritus of Henry Ford Health System, and elected member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences. The program's curriculum, designed to hone professional leadership skills, will equip Fellows with core leadership skills, professional development fundamentals, lifelong mentors, and a network that spans the globe.
