Tools in Health Policy Assessment Certificate for Online MPH Students

To successfully manage population health, public health professionals require tools and strategies to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of policy. The Tools in Health Policy Assessment Certificate program will offer students the opportunity to build their skillset by gaining an understanding of how to analyze health management and health policy issues using economic tools, how innovations are moved into practice, including how to assess multi-level barriers and facilitators of policy implementation, how to use cost effectiveness analysis and related tools to evaluate policy, and how big data is utilized to develop and refine policy.
